hi gamers!  here's a note from Randy Hurlburt about the next open game day at the UU on Saturday, Aug 29th.

It has been a busy Summer, and unfortunately, that means two months without a Game Day. On August 29th, we will get back on schedule. For those of you who went to Gen Con, this will be your chance to show off those new games you picked up at the convention. For those of us who did not go to Gen Con, this will be our chance to see what we missed. Feel free to bring any games, of course, old or new. There are usually plenty of players looking to get in on some tabletop action. Players of all ages are welcome, as are games of all kinds- miniatures games, board games, card games, and roleplaying games, bluffing games, strategy games, cooperative games, whatever. Stay for the whole day or come have fun for an hour or two.

This game day is being held at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Erie and will run from 12:00 until 6:00 on Saturday, August 29th. There is no fee to come and play, but donations are welcome.
